The real special part of our business is how many people are affected by it in a positive way🤩.
We are not just a small business of two women based in New York, our business expands across the world supporting many artisans in different remote areas. We are in constant contact with our co-artisans and have a huge impact on them financially, this is something we are super proud of.

There is also great responsibility when you know as a business owner that you are supporting families around the world that have come to rely on you. This is why we always pay them before we pay ourselves and we pay them exactly what they ask of us according to their work, nothing less. Whether it’s textiles, embroidery, silks, cottons, weaving, beading, jewelry, bag making, vintage...everyone is supported equally, we treat everyone as part of our business family.
Lastly, buying products from producers in developing countries at a fair price is a more efficient way of promoting sustainable development than traditional charity and aid.
