This contemporary necklace is handcrafted by Tribal Kuchi artisans living in Peshawar along the Afghan border. Made from Malachite stone wooden beads and mixed metals, there is almost an Art Deco feel about this piece. We love how the design incorporates more geometric shapes making it more bold and sharp.

Wear it low down or as a choker. The green malachite gives off such an electric yet sophisticated look.

 

The Kuchis are a nomadic group of people living and traveling throughout Central Asia for centuries. Kuchi jewelry is renowned for its vibrant energy, exuberant designs, and flamboyant spirit. These pieces are handmade by artisans who add their own flavor so no two pieces are the exact same. They are made by refugees living in Peshawar.
