The Galaxy - A Wendy Leherissey Glass Fusion Silver Ring

Alexia's mother is a true artist. She has been creating different medias of art for decades and one thing she loves to make is groovy jewels.

This piece is an example of her glass fusion designs. She takes dichroic glass with a shimmering hue and colorful glass and fuse it together in a kiln. Then she melts the glass gem in silver creating a genuine artistic piece of finger art. 

This particular ring is a favorite in the collection. We love the colors; dark and shimmery bright colors that remind us of a magical galaxy. The band is .925 silver engraved in geometric designs. 

Wendy currently lives in California where she regularly creates art and eccentric jewels, but she often travels to Sri Lanka visiting the BoBo Girls and creating jewelry inspired by her adventures there.
