    SHIPPING & RETURNS
       Your order is coming from our studio in Long Island, NY and will most likely be shipped within 1-3 business days, we need 1-2 business days to process your order.
 
➳ Shipping/Returns Within the United States ➳
     Currently all domestic orders on clothing and accessories are based on weight and/or the following options:
  • First Class Mail
  • First Class Package
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express
*All orders in the continental United States at the moment receive FREE SHIPPING* no matter the price of the item, however shipping for returns or exchanges are at the expense of the customer and need to be paid in full before the return and/or exchange is made.  Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order, and 3-7 business days to receive your order. You will always receive a tracking number for your convenience. Most likely people receive their orders within one week of purchase.
Please note: we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
    Returns and/or exchanges are valid within 20 days of purchase and only if item remains in same condition as it was initially sent out. If the size is incorrect we can ship you another size or color of the same value in exchange. If the size or color difference is of greater value you will be billed for the difference in addition to the new shipping charges for the exchanged order. The difference in price and new shipping costs need to be paid in full before the item is shipped. There is no free shipping on returns or exchanges. It is very important that all items returned to us be in the same condition as you received them in order to receive a refund or exchange.  We will not accept returned items that have been visibly worn, used or damaged, therefore any refunds are given after item is returned back to us in the same condition. There are no refunds or returns on SALE ITEMS!*
*Please understand that we are a small business, and although we will do everything we can to serve you well and keep you happy, there are certain limitations to uphold in order for our small business to thrive.

 International Shipping
       We currently ship to all countries and price is based on weight which will be given at checkout. Your items are delivered between 10-15 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note: we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
We cannot offer returns or refunds for items shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
                          
➳ Customs / Import Taxes for International Orders
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. BoBo GloBal will declare full $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
