Our spring capsule collection is set in the soul of Sri Lanka and that is village life.
From daily walks around the village, to cows strolling past you, boys on bikes, stops at the local Kade, tuk tuks off for a hire, aunties smiling at you and inviting you into their homes where they warmly offer you homemade lemonade from the homegrown local citrus in their garden- this is the heart of Sri Lanka; the beauty and essence of everyday life in the village.
Each item in this collection is one of its kind with a special touch of Sri Lankan artistry.
This is an upcycled piece made from a recycled boho cotton Thai dress in beautiful, colorful patchwork. We took an otherwise discarded dress and turned it into something new and fun. This is zero-waste, slow fashion at its best. You can’t feel guilty about the environment here because no new resources were used. This is quality textile re-imagined.
The baby doll top is an airy, cute and easy to wear top that will go with just about anything in your spring wardrobe.
I personally own one of these tops and wear it all the time, it’s light weight and comfortable and I love the 70s style feel of it. It matches great with my bell bottoms or pencil skirts. How will you wear yours?
