The Parvati Set - Up-Cycled Vintage Silk Saree -

The Parvati set is named after the Hindu goddess of love, fertility, devotion and power. She is the consort for Shiva and the mother of Ganesh often referred to as the ‘Daughter of the Mountain’.  
The Goddess just like this goddess like ensemble embodies the divine and fierce feminine energy.

When I see the elegant cut and the seducing colors of this stunning set I can feel the energy of feminine power and spiritual tones. 

Now, about the set and how it was made. This design was inspired by the fabric itself which was an exquisite vintage shimmering silk saree we sourced here in Galle. 

We had already made the Alexia Wide Leg pants from the same textile and they were so fabulous they sold immediately. Now, this gorgeous ensemble with the knee length skirt and its matching tie-up top is a stunning outfit for the holidays or for your tropical getaway or quite honestly I would wear this anywhere. 

Skirt has a flat band front and elastic back, top has ties in the front. 

Model is a size extra small.
