The Vinadi Shorts - Vintage Silk Saree - Up-Cycled Collection

Our favorite creative endeavor is to up-cycle and make new creations out of exciting and stunning textiles that were otherwise discarded or forgotten. What we have focused alot this year is using vintage Sarees to make new clothing items such as pants, shorts and skirts. Soon, we are making tops and dresses.

These Vinadi shorts are the first we have made, the fabric is stunning. All silk with metallic shimmer, it is a very luxurious textile and I love how we made the the colors look so perfectly together. They remind me of the breathtaking colors of Sri Lanka.
This breathable fabric is comfortable and chic. We have made an elastic waste in the back for it to fit perfectly on any smaller frame.
